All of the BC's out ther have some sort of problems. I'm using ortho micronor (progesterone only). I love it because w/o estrogen I have less mood swings (yay!) Good luck finding the right one for you!

Don't do it. I was given this in highschool and went from 260 to 180. Like everyone else said you are never hungry and have tonz of energy, but the INSTANT I stopped I would gain weight. It didn't teach me to eat right, it just allowed me to stop eating while having the energy to exercise and do things. It took me YEARS to…

Thank you so much for posting this! One of my MFP friends told me I wasn't eating enough veggies and it really hurt (idk why). It's good to know it's possible to lose weight w/o eating veggies all the time!

Thank you for all of the great suggestions!! Maybe I'll try to up it to 1500. It's just soooooo tempting to try and knock out as much weight as quick as possible (at this weight, the first 20-40 lbs should come off mighty quick).
