I think they taste really good...I buy the vanilla & chocolate mix & make them at home but I typically don't use them as a meal replacement. They are good after a big workout or if I feel like I want something yummy. I don't think they are that healthy to be honest. I add the peanut butter powder to both favors or sugar…

I'm about to do day 3 of level 1... It is harder than I thought but after seeing some results posted on this forum I am very motivated. I keep telling myself that I can do anything for 20 minutes!! I am pretty sore today so I know it's working! ( especially my abs, calves & back of thighs) i am pouring sweat when I'm done!!

Add it to spaghetti sauce ( about 1/2 $ 1/2) with some Parmesan cheese....sauté spinach, mushrooms...grill chicken & add some pasta. Incredibly rich & delicious, healthy too.

Amen....anytime someone writes that " it tastes just like " I tune out...No....it doesn't!!! I did kinda like the califlower crust is ok but it wasn't low cal by any means...I could've had 1/3 of my Amy's pizza for the same calories & less fat!

how many extra calories do you typically earn per day? I am not eating what I exercise & not losing at all. Usually average 400 cals per day but only eat the 1200. help!
