Thank you!! Great advice.. It's hard because I love fruit and am not much of a meat eater (naturally, just don't have much of a desire for it) I feel a lot better now about tomorrow's food choices!

Thank you guys! I had made it such an endeavor to eat as healthy as I can (realistically) and didn't even think about calories!! I will pick up some avacado, almonds, boil some eggs, and I should be set!!

I agree with this. I have had 2 children and nursed one for 16 months. My breasts were pretty saggy but I have lost weight and they ARE firming back up, but i've also gone from a DD to a Large B/Small C. I am 24

Doing Lunges, squats (all variatons of squats), wall sits, etc.. anything that will work my thighs, has actually made me lose a few inches around my thighs and (even though everyone says it wont help) HAS reduced my cellulite on the back of my thighs dramatically.

I agree with this. Work out a lot and you will lose the weight/inches that you would like to lose in the next 3 weeks. I would concentrate on the inches instead of the lbs, because the inches are much more noticeable in how your clothes fit and such. Working out and eating VERY healthy and lean foods will help you lose…
