I know how weird this sounds, but I just cannot eat enough calories! I rarely go over 1,000 and I eat alllllllll day I feel like, and drink a ton of water. Maybe I should try eating higher calorie foods? Take a gander at my food journal... I even had a beer today, to try and get some calories! What would you all recommend?…
Bought a new scale tonight that tells my Body Fat Percentage and my Hydration Level... What is the optimal hydration level? Edit; I know what it is, but what is YOUR optimal hydration level? Said mine is 45.8% but I feel pretty parched right now.
