Started my lifestyle change January 2012. I was 415 pounds. By August 2012 I was 245 pounds. I lifted weights, religiously rode my bicycle, ate skinless chicken and or fish every single day with 1 cheat-day a month. Long story short, yes it is possible but you have to be dedicated.

I use MapMyRide for biking to tell me my mph/distance/pace/time/splits. It also tells me calories, which often times is within 20 - 50 calories of my HRM. Give it a try.

It's not for everybody but I really get benefits and results from it. If your scared try a half a dose see if it does anything for ya. I'm telling you it works!

It's all jealousy. Some people don't have the will to do what your doing and they'll do anything to bring you down so you don't look better then they do. It's sad but true. It's the type of world we live in. Congrats on what you have done so far and keep it up!

The NeverEnding Story really didn't need any sequels, got one anyway and it was a disaster. I never seen any that they put out after it as it was a disgrace. I'll just pretend they didn't make any sequels. lol

LOWER the Carb intake. RAISE the Protein intake. You're not getting that much Protein and most of the calories from Protein are burned off by the body, whereas if you don't burn up all your carbs, they get stored as fat. Protein will also make you feel fuller between meals. Hope this helps.

Just before your cravings usually hit, drink a glass of water with a couple of tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar. Don't know why it works but usually all cravings subside.

Have been healthy since starting my lifestyle change back in January of 2012 (18 months). I have not even had the common cold. I attribute that to a healthy diet and exercise program.

I buy 1% Cottage Cheese Serving 1/2 Cup Calories - 80 Total Fat - 1.5g (1g Saturated) Sodium 480mg Potassium 150mg Carbs - 4 Sugars - 3 Protein 13g Sodium is a little high but not horrible. With it only being 80 cals and only 4 carbs with a whopping 13g of protein. Cottage Cheese makes a great choice!

I don't think it's cheating. However I do think it's pointless if after the surgery you return to your old ways and expect to keep it off. It's not going to happen. Unless you got some sort of condition I would just do it the natural way through diet and exercise.

One thing I noted is people wouldn't say anything until I went out and bought new clothes. When I went to 3x from 4x people would make comments then 2x then xl then finally large.

Try this 1/2 cup of dry Oats, 1 cup of water. Put into cereal bowl, set Microwave for 1:26. Comes out perfect every time for me.
