When you do your squats. Try putting the pressure on your heels instead of your toes. When I learned this technique I was able to do a lot of more squats without the knee pain.

This is true. Have you heard about girls threatening other girls on social sites for prom dresses. It's everywhere! I got no problem with a little friendly competition but threats are going a little too far!

I can't stand it when I'm told you look good now, You really don't need to lose any more! While it may or may not be a compliment it makes me mad. I just smile and say thank you and hope it's not brought up again.

Sometimes I have a Protein Shake with an Apple or Banana. Sometimes I also have 1 with Greek Yogurt. You can also add 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter it would then actually be a meal replacement.

226 here. Started at 415 a number of years ago. Lost nearly a 100 (98) of that with the assistance of MFP. Being 6'4 I'm not sure it will be wise to get under 200 pounds so my goal is 208.

Jog/Walk 7.9 miles in 1 hour and 37 minutes. I was also sore for next 3 days but it was worth it.

I'm in a similar boat. When I first started out the weight was melting off of me. Now I really have to work at it. Fat is stubborn but so am I. I'm not giving up!

Seems pretty good to me. Try upping your water intake. I consume at least 20 cups a day. It's hard at first but you get used to it. You body can't distinguish between food or water so have a full glass of water first thing in the morning. It'll kick-start your metabolism.
