I definitely agree... I hope that I too can be gym/diet healthy without getting obsessive. Until then... I'm giving myself a little break! It's good to know that someone like me was able to find that balance, thanks for your input :)

Good for you!! This does not apply to people who are losing weight for health reasons. I just got tired of counting calories and thinking about NOT eating and when the next time I COULD eat and what would I eat and how could I plan my meals so I could afford to eat 5 cheezits? I hope you reach your goal, sounds like you…

Nice ;)

I live in the upper eastside, food at my market doesn't come that cheap. Sorry, you can't provide statistics based off of one life experience... your own.

Interesting opinions ladies :)

Why is everyone just saying one thing? Being modest are we? ;) I like that I am independent... you won't ever see me following a group of girls into the bathroom OR sporting a ring on my finger (as much as I love my boyfriend,) until I have my M.D.

Yeah I feel your pain.. I have worked in childcare for about three years now. There are about a handful of kids who come into the daycare with mcdonalds breakfasts. I wanted to talk to their parents about it, but I didn't know if I would be crossing a line. Plus I realize that some families feed their kids fast food…

How I would judge who got tossed: People who eat between 300-800 calories daily, have pro ana "thinspiration" pictures, are obviously deprived, and have unhealthy quotes on their page about not eating.

HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! wow good for you, keep it up!

If it's causing you to be tired, maybe working outside is a workout. Definitely not as efficent as a good jog persay, but you are still burning energy which = calories :)

My boyfriend is the opposite, which is equally annoying. He bugs me that my hip bones stick out now that I lost weight (I'm not underweight, im 118 at 5'5''). He liked it when I had bigger thighs, D cups, and a booty at 133lbs. This is a relationship question, not a weight question. I talked to my boyfriend about how it…

I keep it closed because sometimes I only eat half my dinner so I can eat candy later without going over my calories. I don't like being judged for this :)

I was a D before I started working out, now I'm a B. I'm still very much a woman, a much more sexier one infact :)

Slippery slope my friend.. taking pills to rid yourself of calories is considered to be bulimia.

You aren't eating enough to poop... 1200 isn't enough for someone who is as active as you are not to mention less than 1200. Your body is probably in starvation mode not wanting to **** out the only food it has and soon it will be holding on to your fat too!! But seriously, ten days without poopling could be signs of a…

I was a D cup as well before I lost weight, and there was only ONE sports bra that supported me effeciently. Just jump up and down in the dressing room next time you go shopping for one to see if it supports ou enough :) With all of my other sports bras I wear a regular bra underneith (its a lot more comfortable than two…

Thanks!! Yeah I want to be 115 as well, only three more pounds to go!! I started working out and eating healthy about six months ago, but I didn't start losing weight until a few months after when I found what worked best for my body. For me it was harder to lose the first few pounds but it's different for everyone, thanks…

I don't agree with it at all. However, I do remember my sister coming home from dr. appointments crying because she was told that she was overweight for her age... she was TEN!!! How many of us had baby fat then? A lot of us. That always made me mad... if a child is overweight it's the parents fault. They should have…

I wouldn't dubble up because working out too much at once can be harmful to your body. You are supposed to give your body two days of rest, so just count this as one of those days and work out on a day that you would normally rest.

I think being CLASSY is super sexy, but I seem to be alone on this one.

Cool, thank you :)

Everyone is different, but generally you wont burn a lot of fat unless your heartrate is up for atleast 40 consecutive minutes. That's what I was taught in my college health essentials class anyways. If you aren't sweating, you probably aren't going to see progress for a very... very.. long time.

Do you take hormonal birth control? I lost most of my weight when I got off of the pill.

You are sweet :) I started at 132, it took about 5 months for me to get down to 118. Good luck (: (:

Thank you so much! (:

Thanks for the advice. I have to admit, I have not been doing weights at all. I usually just run, but I'm going to start doing more strength training. (:

It is good to alternate your workout. Your body gets used to workouts, so they become less effective unless you switch up your schedule. Hope this helps
