My goal this week is to lose 1 lb and hit the 180 mark. This will put me exactly 1/2 way to my long term goal, plus it is my 24th wedding anniversary on Monday the 18th as well.

As of February 11th, I'm at 16.5 miles, really behind this month. I enjoy walking outdoors mostly and the weather has not been great.

That's wonderful that you are doing so much better. I've had bouts of depression in previous years as well. You should be so proud of yourself for doing as well as you are. I know it's not easy. Way to go!

Share day. I'm a people pleaser. I always want everyone else to be happy before I think of myself. This makes my weight loss journey difficult in some ways because I tend to put myself last. It has been a learning and growing experience thus far as I come to realize that those closest to me want me to be happy as well.

I did some crocheting on another baby blanket. In the evening my hubby and one of my daughters played board games. It was great, something we haven't done in a real long time.

Truth: I feel myself slipping ever so slowly.....I've been still under my calories but eating things that I really shouldn't be. I need to get back in control of my eating.
