182 down 1.5. I just might make 180 by my anniversary on feb 18th. That is a mini goal for me. Would put me half way to goal weight.

I walked just over 54 miles in January. I'm in a challenge group to walk 50 miles per month. I'm so happy I did it. On to February. It's a shorter number of days so I'll have to hustle a little more. I'm only counting exercise walking, not general every day moving.

Spent a good part of the day with my daughters. Now that's a "hobby" I enjoy. Picked up some beads today to make a bracelet.
