This post should have also asked which country people are from. I can't believe how cheap peoples groceries are sounding in most of these replies. Just for my husband and I we spend $200+ on groceries a week just for a weeks worth of vegetables it costs around $50 New Zealander :grumble:

When you don't eat enough your body thinks its straving and starts to store everything you do eat as fat. I would advise you do some research or speak to a doctor or nutritionalist. Best of luck :)

Not eating enough :S maybe try and add a little bit more each day to increase your appitite

I agree with Carmentex, eating as close to recommended cal helps lose weight faster :) maybe try and add in nuts or avocado, they would help up your calories without having to eat too much more, or a shake.

Are you sure these pains in your legs are from your eatting disorder I get sharp aching pains down my legs from having endometreosis, you should probably see a doctor and try and find out what is causing the pain, best of luck :)

lack of movement is a biggy, sleep > drive 2 work > sit at work > drive home > sit on the couch > sleep with people's busy work schedules people run out of time to actually work off the food they consume during the day
