Quest are very low carb, but I don't really care for the taste. I really like the Think Thin bars.

include squats to your leg day routine.

It is annoying. I'm going to the gym to get it in.... not draw attention to myself because I am working out.

I make my own pizza with this flatbread as the crust. 90 calories and only 8g of net carbs. I make my own pizza sauce from tomato sauce and then add vegetables and seasoning.

I like Brooks. I would suggest that you hit a runners shoe store and have them measure your foot and observe your gait. http://www.asics.co.uk/sports/running/preparation/how-we-run-the-gait-cycle-explained

Yesterday I burned 500 calories. I ran a 5K (3.10 miles) on the treadmill. That took about 34 minutes. I then went and hit weights. Three sets each of barbell squats, leg curl machine, laying leg curl machine, leg extension machine, and abductor machine.

I've used Polar. It worked great. The only thing I did not like was that the model I had did not have GPS...which wasn't too big of a deal because I would track that with Map My Run. I've since started using a Garmin product with GPS and I love it. The only problem so far is that I'm having problems syncing MFP with the…

They are a bit bulky and can start to hurt your ears after wearing them a while. I have Beats and they stay in pretty good. Have you tried switching to a bigger ear piece or to memory foam ones ?

That's not true. The Polar FT7 was my first HRM and I think it was like $75.00. It worked great. the Polar FT4 is even cheaper I believe. *Edit: FT7 - $69.87 to be exact. http://www.amazon.com/Polar-FT7-Heart-Rate-Monitor/dp/B00NOLTQ2U FT4 - $50.75…

In the process of destroying these last 25 lbs as well.

I have a membership at Planet Fitness and at Golds. PF is fine. Lots of cardio equipment and weight machines. There's also free weights such as DB's. Not the place to go if you want to "free" squat or bench..however you can squat or bench with a Smith machine. I don't mind PF at all but when I want to squat I hit Golds.

Nice job. Keep it up

Looking good man.

I'm going to chalk this up as you just being either clueless or an absolute idiot. Either way I hope you're not a nutritionist.

These people are getting fat because they're drinking all of these sugary drinks and eating all of those crappy foods. Why can't you just admit that ?
-
Yeah, ok. If many processed foods are high in refined sugars, and the obesity spike is linked to access to processed food then what would a person with common sense say about excessive refined sugar consumption ?
-
You were suggesting that there was no epidemic in Brazil. When I think of processed food the first thing I think of is cereal... and what is most kids cereal packed with ?
