Agreed.

I'm not sure why that article was published considering your suggestion that there is not an obesity issue in Brazil. Can you explain this to me before I go to bed ?
-
Outside of getting tired I'm in a pretty good mood actually. It's an impasse. What's the point of going around and around and around ? Obviously you have your opinions and I have mine.
-
I use to get that sugar crash often when I still drank soda all the time.

http://www.cnn.com/2014/07/09/health/beating-the-bulge-brazil-obesity/ What's it say in the black text box on the cover picture ? I'll tell you..."access to processed foods". I'm done debating this by the way. You believe what you want and I will do the same.

That's awesome. The first of many to come.
-
Right on. Keep up the good work
-
nope.

because I told him Santa wasn't real.

The guy said he has never seen an obese Thai. I posted him a link to an article that talked about obese Thais. You can try to make more out of it if you like.
-
All I did was post an article that talked about obese Thais. Had nothing to do with sugar at that point.
-
ok ?

Godiva is good too. Comparing chocolate is like comparing beer in a way.
-
Who said it was ?

I'm not disagreeing with that.

No, none of those other countries you mention have any where near the obesity problem that we have here in the US. Maybe because we subsidize sugar... but that's another debate. I am not blaming it on sugar. The blame always falls back on the individual. They control what they choose to eat...these food companies are not…
-
They're actually quite good.
-
I agree with you on this. The caveat to being addicted to eating large amounts of refined sugar everyday is you will probably become over weight.
-
...but you do resist the urge to pound 3 hershey bars every day of the week right ?
-
Here's another good one. That incline in sugar consumption would probably parallel the increase in obesity world wide as well
-
It's always been an opinion/belief. Where did I say anything other wise ? The point of addiction was always opinion...what it does to your body is what I pointed out as fact.
-
That's not what I found...
-
I will read that article
-
My point is simply that refined sugar can be addictive. Some people resist the urge to pound their body with it and others do not. Those that do not are typically over weight and/or unhealthy. Would you disagree ?
-
I'm not going to read any sort of internet article. You are so confident in your own personal beliefs so it is your job to convince me. People are over weight because they choose to not eat healthy and not to exercise, but I also personally believe that sugar is addicting. I am not understanding why you and the other…

that can be factually disproven. Stop being a *kitten*.
