According to one of her other posts, he works 13-15 hours a day - I'm not sure when he's supposed to fit in the shopping as well.

Another vote for supporting your local independents! Our local greengrocer is a lot cheaper than the big supermarkets, it's locally grown, delivered fresh every morning and lasts for ages - plus I prefer to give my business to a local independent over large corporations.

I'm not on your friends list but we have mutual friends and I do like a good gif opportunity - Happy Birthday Lea!

Here's a shocker - not every recipe posted here will be individually tailored to your exact personal nutritional requirements. OP - these sound great - thanks for taking the trouble to share.

Actually, you can see the nutritional information before you add it - if you select an item from the drop-down list so it appears on the right hand side of the screen, under the heading (in red) there is a line of blue text which says "nutritional info" Click on that and Bob's yer uncle!

It was the opposite of a "fat picture" for me - I'd piled on the weight in a relatively short space of time and somebody tagged me in on some New Year's Eve photos taken prior to my weight gain. I got so upset looking at photos of the slim me that I resolved to get back to that weight again - I'm now less than 10lbs away…

To be fair, their activity might not be minimal - you can adjust your settings so that it doesn't show up on your wall every time you comment on someone's status or write on someone's profile.

Hi Matthew. You have to want it enough to take ownership and commit wholeheartedly to making the necessary lifestyle changes. I've just snuck a quick peek at your diary and I'm seeing next to no logging going on so the first thing I would say to you is to start filling out your diary every day. Rather than going at it full…

I was fatorexic at the time so that comment really hit home! Not weight-related: It was my turn to ferry the relatives around this Christmas. As I dropped my aunt off, she got…

Ooh, that's great Leni - I've found it and I'm keeping an eye on it now - thanks for the tip-off! x

Congratulations on your loss so far! I've lost 3 stone or so myself and am struggling with the last 10-15lbs, feel free to add me if you'd like some more UK-based support.

I hear you! I'm down three stone or so from my heaviest weight, I'm now into the last 7-14lbs and the weightloss has slowed right up! This site is so helpful though - we will get there eventually! x

I felt the default mfp macro spread didn't suit me so I reset mine to 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat. It seems to be a fairly popular spread around here and I personally feel far more comfortable with it.

Great. So now we can add crimes against fashion to his growing list of misdemeanours. You should be ashamed of yourself for attempting to defend the indefensible, young lady.
