No cheat days for me, I tried doing it once last month when we went out to dinner. That one cheat day (actually cheat dinner) turned into a cheat week.......... Im best off staying away from any type of cheating and just double or triple up on the exercise before getting that questionable food i desire.

One of my biggest hobbies is pizza making (and probably one of the reasons im here) I really need to work on making a whole wheat dough, but I usually opt to make my favorite NY style recipe (pictured below).

Dont take this thread too seriously guys, I merely posted it to poke fun at myself. The only day I actually put much emphases on my morning weigh-ins is on Tuesdays (my normal weigh in day), the rest of the week its mostly out of curiosity. It was nice knowing yesterday that BIG things were happening in my body! For weeks…
