    Potatoes.
    I know this doesn't initially sound terrible, but I love potatoes and I could easily eat 5 lbs of pan fried (yes drowning in butter) potatoes for dinner. There was a 3 month span where I ran 4 miles every day and then ate 5 lbs of potatoes for dinner. It was just enough running to not gain weight.
