  • I made a banana bread with just quinoa flour for the first time this past weekend, it was pretty tasty! But I didn't realize I had to portion it with whole wheat flour in order for the bread to hold up..... It still turned out!

  • Is there a chance of feeling ill if you consume too much protein? One evening after a vigorous workout, I think I consumed about 75g of protein.
