Quinoa flour recipes

I really love the taste and health benefits of quinoa....... Does anyone have any recipes they'd love to share with this amazing grain?

    Bump, I bought some quinoa flour and I'm looking for some recipes to use it :)

    I made a banana bread with just quinoa flour for the first time this past weekend, it was pretty tasty! But I didn't realize I had to portion it with whole wheat flour in order for the bread to hold up..... It still turned out!
