be very very careful with the pills they work different for everyone. but i took one 2 years ago slim quick cleanse and my digestive system has never been the same. if you do one just do a natural one. is my suggestion :)

I agree keeping track of calories is huge. Then making small changes. As example instead of regular mayo, I now get olive oil mayo. I also compare labels when food shopping. that way I know how many calories I am eating. hope this helps :)

Yes it can be done. I have couple of friends recently that lost 120+. They lost all their weight by eating right a working out alot. I know several people that have had the surgery and just gained it back.

I agree with several other people just lose weight till you are happy and feel good. The bmi does take body frame into the consideration. I have looked into this alot. I am 5 5 and have a xl frame so I dont think 150 would look good. So I set my goal at 165 then see how I feel when I get there. Good luck with your journey…

I use my heart rate monitor and usually burn way more than what MFP says. this website was still off a little. But it takes your weight into consideration. http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbcoff. Hope it helps :)

Anyone is more than welcome to friend request me. I started wanting to lose 50 pounds. I lost 30 of that. Then gained it and 40 pounds back. I'm currently getting back of track I have lost 30 of the at least 105 I want to lose. So the more support the better!!!! This time I am determined to lose and KEEP it off!!!! :)
