I consider any calories I burn "cleaning the house" or doing household/daily chores a bonus. I have never logged them as calories burned so I could eat more. If you go over your calories you need to "exercise" more, not wash the dishes and call it even. :flowerforyou:

OK, here is my "before" picture - taken just a few minutes ago even though it says 12-31-12. Sounds like you're on the right track, just be careful no to lose weight too quickly! Seems to me that the quicker you lose it the quicker it comes back. I'd love to help support you, feel free to add me to your friend list.

I usually use Sugar-Free French Vanilla Coffeemate, but during the holidays (when it's available) I use sugar-free peppermint mocha or sugar-free pumpkin spice coffeemate.
