I bought baby carrots, cucumbers and making chicken wings, baked (not fried). I'm making homemade quac and salsa for healthy dips. And i bought some bud select 55s so i can have a beer like everyone else but its only 55 calories. . Ill be trying to drink lots of water too.

Hi there! I started with walking every night, and after only 1 month I was jogging, then running! Walking is a great start! Keep up with my fitness pal, along with determination and my fitness pal I have lost about 30 lbs. Good luck!

YES! I just started entering my dinner and drinks in the morning, so I know what I can have for breakfast/lunch/snacks. It has been helping tons! :smooched:

I was eating back my calories burned for the past month, and was not really seeing much movement on the scale. this was really discouraging so I decided last week to not eat back the calories, and I have already lost 2 lbs. I would rest dear! Your body is trying to fight off whatever you have, it needs the energy! Maybe I light 20 min walk in the evening might be ok, to get your body moving and to get some fresh air… But other than that, try to rest!!! I don't workout when I am sick, only light walking!

if you really want to earn "eating" calories.. do cardio.. your strength training is more for you to tone your body.. cardio is what really earns you more to eat.

I lost 12 lbs with weight watchers, when they had the old system... it worked but i gained a lot back then had my daughter...
