To help sneak in my protein I use nutritional yeast in everything. It's a great protein booster. Also, I drink kefir in the morning - Trader Joe's has GREAT prices on it - which knocks out a lot of my protein in the morning. Good luck!!!

I see them so often in the social circles I move in that I don't even notice anymore. I think they are fine but at the end of the day it's whatever makes you comfortable.
