  • I started today too! Will be working out in the mornings!This is my second round, I did my first one last spring. Working out in the morning is so much easier. My 1st round was always in the evening after work and often i could barely keep up. Getting it done early is energizing :)
  • Ha-ha, i also thought that i am super woman now, it is crazy how a small break can set you back. Probably this time around my body will wake up a lot faster :) Not doing her cardio either, i much prefer to run outside( i go for interval runs)

  • I also just finished the Kick-start program and gained 1 pound, but I am definitely not discouraged. I wasn't following Jillian's meal program. I also did not starve myself with her first week low calorie diet. I had 1700 cal/day and counted on burning 500 with 2/day exercises. Maybe I wasn't burning 500 and gained weight…
