I am still pushing for that 180's by March 1st! I got out walking for 1.5 hours yesterday, and am starting a new dumbbell weight lifting routine today. I plan on working out at home, I have many dumbbells, a barbell and a bow flex. It's hard to actually measure weight on the bowflex, so I prefer the free weights. Is anyone…

Keep at it and track/ weigh all of you food - little bites here and there add up fast! The past week my scale wouldn't budge either....you just need to keep pushing until you see those numbers move! Wow, 5 kids! They must keep you busy!

I ised the eat Reese's by using my tounhe to eat a hole int the center, and then eat the outside. When I was little, dipping my bologna sandwich in my koolaid was the best!

Cottage cheese on buttered egg noodles with a little salt and pepper. When I was a teeager, I loved Miracle whip and veggie sandwiches, or just miracle whip if we didn't have any veggies. Ritz crackers dipped in sour cream... I'm sure there is more...

Good for you for wanting to be better. I quit smoking 9 years ago for my children. I watched my father die of cancer when he was 54, and I wanted to live longer than that for my kids. I am in the same boat. I quit smoking in March of 2008 and went from 120 to my highest of around 210....weighing about 190 now and am loking forward to getting back to a smaller healthier version of my self. Feel free to add me. Loosing weight is hard, and I can use all the help I can get.
