Hi Pupowl, thank you for posting this. I have been having a hard time sleeping as well. I wake up early, no matter how much I want to sleep in. And, although I love the birds chirping, I hate it at 4:30 in the morning. I also use ear plugs to try to get more quiet time.

Today was a good day! The unseasonably hot weather made it really nice to be outside, so I brought the pup for a hike after work and cooked on the grill. I stayed under my calorie goal and got 13,014 steps today! Work was stressful and the car is broken but im focusing on the good right now.
