I am in the same boat, I've lost 47 lbs but I want to look better. Even though I have lost a chunk of weight iIstill feel fat. Does that make any sense? That last 10 lbs hasn't moved in a month.

It might only be me but I was worrying about my weight and i even let it stress me out. But I have done some reading and stress and worrying can actually make you gain weight. Plus your weight will fluctuate daily, at least mine does. Hope that helps.

Kick boxing , boxing and shadow boxing are what I am into, I wasn't sure if the elliptical would work but i'll have to try it. I was doing well but when a knee goes out it throws a kink into my plans. thanks for the ideas.

Oatmeal in the morning with a cup of milk, about 200 calories add a naval orange for 70 calories. It has been my breakfat for months and has kept me full till lunch.

I do ride but the main problem is that i am a full time student at 30 and i work full time, I would like to but i would have to do it at late night. I at least had a treadmill in my house for running but i am still not able to do that much. Walking is fine but it is so boring and frankly doesn't get my heart rate up.

I would have to say that my favorite thing that I need to lose weight is my ipod and fast paced music. i get it cranked up and i'm good for the remainder of my workout. It gets my mind off how long i've been running,ect.
