I'm around, but I've been using the site to show my weight progress and to look up calories. My riding is going great! I can now ride some slimmer horses, and I have a show coming up Saturday!

I don't count calories as much, but rather my portion sizes when cooking at home. However, when it comes to going out to eat or buying snacks, I still count calories.

I have the same issue as well. However, this time around, I have been doing so much more cardio, and the problem has for the most part gone away. I'm also seeing results so that helps with my depression. My advice (take what you want) is to try to go outside more often and incorporate more cardio. Winter however, throws a…

I love this group!!! I'm 5'10.5" and currently 202lbs. I've already lost 9lbs, but I'd like to get down to the 160's. For now, I'd like to be in the 180s by summer.

I use the phone app as well, but if I'm too busy during lunch, I just record it later. My,lunches are always the same, so it's pretty reliable how many calories I eat.

Well, I just realized I'm only going to go over by 150. I guess it's not as big of a deal as I thought it was. I was at PF for about a year and then switched to anytime fitness. Planet fitness is ok if you know what you are doing or you don't mind all the people, but I love my current gym. It's small, and everyone is friendly.
