oh okay! its just i also heard eat 1/2 protein of what you weigh like i weigh 160 so id eat 80... but i'm lifting so im assuming the other one is better

No i haven't done their cal yet only MFP's..thats around 1500 something. I guess right now it's hard to wrap my head around cause all i know it work out more eat less! But I want to become a believer once I finish the book and start my journey. It's just hard to think that I need to eat MORE lol but I'm no expert I'll end…

Lol i am deff going to invest in some good pants to keep everything in place! As far as the shoes go, I just have a pair of Nike Air's and right now i can't really afford to buy a new pair. I can't wait to say I am running a 5k!! that is so awesome!

Well I just started too, but the MFP makes it so easy. It give you the amount of calories you should be in taking and and i just eat what i usually eat but in proportion to what they suggest.
