What do you log your workouts as? I did the Fire Starter dvd where she shows all the moves and it was 37 minutes long. I don't have a HRM so I don't know an accurate burn, but MFP says I burned 480 in that time (logged as kickboxing, including turbo jam). Just curious if you guys log it as something else?

I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner (all 300-400 calories) plus a morning snack, afternoon snack and evening snack (unless I had a late dinner) which are usually 100-200 calories. I don't believe in getting flu shots. Our bodies are meant to fight off diseases on it's own, not to have some chemical put inside us to do the job. Sure, I hate being sick, but I'm sure the old timers did too and they never got a flu shot! Just my own personal belief.

I get the depo shot for over a year now, I've lost almost 40 lbs. No, it isn't impossible. Get that idea out of your head now and just get moving. :-)

When I'm behaving myself and working out properly, my average weekly weight loss is around .6-.8 lbs. Sadly I'm thinking I've hit a bit of a plateau so I'm trying to shake things up! Sounds like you're doing everything right though, we're all just a little bit different though. Good luck!

I think by restrictions, they mean that you have neighbors on all sides and are worried about noise. I have an elliptical that is only powered by me, it makes hardly any noise at all. I love it.
