Define - Upper & Lower Body
Okay, so who else thinks that these two classes could be put together? They both are roughly 20 minutes running time on the DVD's so I feel like they really should just be put together for one nice 40 minute long class. Last night I just did lower body plus 20 minutes on my elliptical to really get in a good sweat session.

Rest Day
Today was day 5 for me, which means Rest Day. I missed Wednesday's workout so I did doubles yesterday (Sweat and Upper Body) and took today off as per the schedule. turbofire - how to log?
So I've been logging the fire workouts as kickboxing - including turbo jam and the hiit workouts as high impact aerobics. My class today is Core 20 Stretch 40... How should i go about logging that? I don't have a hrm yet so in trying to log these as accurately as possible. Thanks!
