Just Ordered TurboFire

So I just ordered TurboFire online and it should be here within 3-5 days. I'm really excited/nervous for it to get here. I will be following the 90-day cardio conditioning program! Was just wondering if any ladies out there with the same stats as me have had great results?

5'7"
173 lbs (goal 140ish (still deciding))

    I did the 12 weeks last summer.

    I'm 5'9". I went from 161 to 150 (with a calorie deficit too of course). I'm more into heavy compound lifts now but I still do a video every now and then. Way better than doing a machine.
