TurboFiree month 1...plateau

So I'll be finishing up my first month of turbofire this week and I'm a little disappointed. I haven't lost any weight, in fact the scale is fluctuating up and down 2 lbs or so. I'm starting to get discouraged! I'll be taking measurements and progress pics at the end of this week so I'm really hoping I'll notice a change there. Feel free to look at my diary and give me any suggestions. I know most of you will say eat cleaner/healthier, but I do what I can with my grocery budget.
