I found this dvd in my cupboard last week and decided to give it a go this afternoon. Was definitely low key enough for me to do (I'm recovering from having my wisdom teeth out and am finally feeling back to normal, but didn't want to over do it by jumping right back into my normal "routine"), but still got a good sweat on. My question is, how should I log it? I suppose I could log it as strength training in the Cardio section. That estimates a 103 calorie burn which is better than nothing.

Any input would be appreciated!! Thanks! :-)
