Is there another term for them? Tried entering it into my strength database and it says no results found?? I used an 8 lb medicine ball while doing them...

I believe thats the correct name for them?
Does it show in the cardio database?
Maybe no one has added them in yet :)

Nope, not in the cardio either. Seems nobody has added them yet. BOO! Oh well.

    Thanks though :-)

Russian Twists are the correct term, but the calorie burn is low since they are a small movement.
