Has anyone tried the preworkout supplement C4? I'm looking for something to give me a little boost to power through my TurboFire workouts as they are very intense. Any suggestions would be appreciated :)

Caffeine is the only Pre-workout supplement I would use.

C4 is one of the best ones I've used.
  • Depends... the old C4 had that 1,3 Dimethyl junk and it was way stronger... if u want a ton of energy that blows everything out of the water and is super cheap get Bulk Yohimbine powder - literally a dot size of yohimbine is stronger than a scoop of C4

Would it be okay for a beginner? I know everyone's body responds differently, but I don't want something that's going to leave me super jittery after.
  • Yeah it is super jittery... but C4 will be too - u really need a microscoop to dose it right. And literally you may only need like 2.5 mg (about a third of a microscoop) if you want good energy and less jitters. Your tolerance will go up and you just increase the dose slowly. Bodybuilders who've been using it a lot are doing as much as 20-30 mg because of the tolerance issue but it still works well. For the cost though, you're getting like a 100x or greater more value than buying a commercial pre-workout (a lot of which also contain yohimbine).

Thanks for the insight! Would they have it at like a GNC or would I have to order online?

GNC is overpriced and only good for free samples and a good laugh people trying to sell you things you don't need
  • Amazon or ebay will have the powder. GNC and Vitamin Shoppe have capsules of 2.5 mg but they're way over priced... you only get like 90-100 capsules for $15 which is like 250 mg vs getting 5 grams of bulk powder from 12-18 bucks on amazon.
