Thanks all for the advice. I had been eating alot of eggs...was having 2 eggs for 4 mornings a week. now i eat egg whites only and only a few times a week. BUT i am a meat person so..... but i love oatmeal and wholegrain breads so....tried multigrain cherrios and i think those are the best ever!!

Do bootcamp type exercises count as circuit training? I have a Belly, Butt and Thigh Boot Camp DVD and i want to make sure i record it right. There is no weight lifting only a combo of toning and cardio. I also have an old vcr tape that combines aerobics with weight lifting, would that also count as circuit training?

Thanks for all your suggestions. I was taking the green tea diet pill and actually seem to have lost more weight since i quit taking them. So now I am just going to continue watching what I eat and exercising.

I have a couple walk at home videos, a couple tae bo videos, several dancing videos, and a couple strength training videos. I enjoy doing all of them, but was just wondering which would work best alternating between groups after a few weeks or alternating daily. who makes the total body time crunch. I am also, looking at…
