Hi. ive actually tried this diet, and it was so hard for the first day, then got easier, but i found after the three days, i hadnt really lost anything and just ended up eating normally again. its too sudden of a change for your body to loose the weight permanently

i find fruit ups my carbs though?? itherwise i will go over my goal, are there many fruits low in carb
