Snacks help
hi guys So ive been doing this for 5 weeks and havent lost much im really struggling to find snacks i can have that arent high in carbs, and that are good for me. i love crackers, musli bars etc but are too high in carb for me, apart from veggie sticks, what else can i have?? any suggestions are greatly appreciated

Eating back calories HELP!!!
ok.. so i struggle to eat my 1200 daily of healthy foods. I want to exercise daily, but im ony just managing to up my calories and dont want my body to go back into starvation mode if the exercise burnt calories arent being made up. Ok, so ive pretty much cut out carbs as much as possible apart from those i get from veggies. I have cut out sugary drinks such as soda, and opt for sugarfree if i get the cravings.
