ya i've learnt so much from it too. It's so important to know how to dress for your shape. The ladies on their are such an inspiration. I don't think i would be able to do it but would love to go on a shopping spree with Gok and have him kit out my wardrobe!!

Thanks for the advice. I agree with you i was setting my goal to high. I had set it at a 2lb loss a week which is a little much for me as i would not be very active throughout the day. I've now set it for 1lb a week. Also today tried i to eat smaller meals but eat more regularly and i can feel the difference already. This…

I find a bowl of porridge in the morning with half a banana or some honey & skimmed milk or water keeps me fuller for longer rather than ordinary cereals also keeping low fat snacks in your bag for the journey home and a glass of water while dinner cooks keeps hunger at bay.:
