8 cups or about 64 oz for normal, if you exercise you obviously need to drink more.. also keep in mind you do get water and stuff from your food too but not really a way to measure that0

According to my doctors ( and keep in mind I have had gastric bypass surgery) 64 ounces of fluids per day.0
