Ate out today but stayed with my limit, regge regge chicken wrap with chips, but i was good and only had half the chips, son had the rest, and opted for grilled chicken instead of southern fried :)

Thank you for the water asvise!!! i think i have it under control, i have a cadburys cream egg that im going to have tomorrow so i wont be indulging in one big egg lol. I'm going to be strong with the alcohol and save it for a day out.... one big blow out and thats it. Happy Easter x

After being measured loads of times over the years ive always been told i was a 38B......Then i went and got fitted and was told i was a 36F!!! i mean you couldnt get further away from a Bcup, the bras did fit nicely but i dont see how im that size when my boobs (sorry) are not even that big!

I do my workouts in the evenings when the kids are asleep but through the day i do lots of walking, it takes time to get into the exercise routine but once you've started you'll be fine. x

Depending on how i feel in the mornings i usually have toast with peanut butter, cereal, youhurt or porridge. But i always make sure i have something :)

i also eat what i like in smaller portions, but when i give the kiddies pizza or something and dont fancy it, i make myself something else, this is only once in a wile tho that i'll have something diffrent from them.

it does get easier i done zumba this morning and was actually suprised at how quick im learning the steps! One thing tho, if you have lil kids def do not do zumba around them lol. Have fun x

I love zumba 2 on the wii, ive only done it twice so far but my gosh what a work out!!! im trying to do it every other day (also im totally unco-ordinated!!!) but learning the steps a few times im slowly getting better lol :)

i do have a wii but not the wii plus. im attempting zumba (lack of co-ordination) and also doing the biggest looser workouts which are good and i feel great after!

i have cheat days, if im being good all week then i have a blow out on either a sat or sunday just picking at biscuits or chocolate. these are the main things ive cut out eating so can now only have little bits without feeling sick. not too keen on fast food but love proper homemade chips!
