For example, someone said don't leave the items in the hand-basket. I didn't know that. Just because she has a rant doesn't mean she's not suited for the job. As a person in retail for the past four years, I sympathize and relate with all of these. Working with the general public sucks, in general. However, I loved my retail job. And we get to laugh about all of these behind closed doors. :)

My sentiments exactly... It's easier to start out in 15 minutes bursts to get back in the swing of exercising than 30+ minute chunks!! Not all of us have that kinda time.

Try Kellogg's Special K bars. They have them in all flavors, chocolate included! They're low calorie, 90 for each bar, and they're a great afternoon pick-me-up. And, very sweet. Best "bar" I've had, for sure.

You know what, they may be overweight as well, but you've made a choice for what's best for your body. Just because you're more slim than they are doesn't mean that you're as healthy as you'd like to be. Just let them know you're dieting, be upfront, and ask them to join you, or at least be supportive. I've done the same…
