Oh man, I found an amazing raw foods spaghetti sauce recipe online! These are the ingredients you need: Tomatoes Bell peppers Sundried tomatoes A garlic clove Some olive oil Some seasoning (salt, pepper, herbs, cayenne) Basically you just whizz it up in the blender and then you can heat it up!

As someone else said, baked oatmeal. Mine is usually just oats, water, berries and a dribble of honey. Bake them individually in a muffin tin and they're good to take anywhere.

I'm ADDICTED to steaming veggies. Absolutely love it. My two favourite and really simple recipes are steamed broccoli, lightly salted with a drizzle of either sesame seed or walnut oil and carrots with ginger and honey. Both really nice- especially the carrots, if you're looking for something a little sweeter.
