I have been trying to make this point to many ever since I started using my BodyBugg and realized that the HRM I had before that was WAY off. No one listens!! They think that the HRM is accurate for all day wear. It might now even be accurate at all if it doesn't also monitor your VO2 max.

I think it's normal. I am WITH YOU. I am also especially disgusted when I see obese people eating WAY more than any person should. I Only feel like this because I see what they are doing to their body and even though it's none of my business, it's disgusting. :-/

jean shorts can be okay when worn appropriately. The guy in the pic would wear SHORT SHORTS. ALL BAD!! But my hubs wears longer jean shorts and I like them

I hate crocs. And I also hate it when guys or girls wear skinny jeans with their underwear showing. It also applies if your pant sare too big and I can see your underwear. Instant turn-off

I drink distilled water with 1/4 tsp himalayan salt per gallon to help with this.

I believe this is only effective if you have separate savings. If you keep a complete separation, that's not exactly sharing and it's not a completely a life together.

We have a joint account, but I manage the finances. I do the budget, and I decide what we can/can't buy. It works for us. My hubs has zero desire to have anything to do with the finances, lol. It's ALL OUR MONEY, there is no his or mine. But I do the managing, because well...he's no good at it! lol

They eat cleaner usually. but even a lot of skinny people eat very unhealthy food. you have to eat more fresh veggies and fruits in every single meal. and MOVE your body!!

I love mine!! Definitely helps keep you on track and is very motivating when you see how much you burned in a day, especially when you do extra or try something new. Helps you learn about your body and its burnign for sure!! I used it while I lost my last 20 pounds. LOVE it!!!

I work fairly close to home, but I still always take my lunch and a snack or two to get my through the day. Then I have my meal for evening planned out before I even get home. I always know in advance what I will be making the next evening. That way, you have something to look forward to and no temptation to eat out. If…

NOTHING about anything on the MCD's menu is safe. I say fresco style tacos or veggie cantina bowl (half) from Taco Bell or Subway or a salad with romaine or spinach, not iceberg lettuce.

I usually opt for 2 fresco style tacos from Taco bell,. Subway isn't bad if you get a veggie salad or sub. Stay away from their meat though. And I don't think there are any healthy options at any gas station....maybe Wawa or Sheetz if you have those.
