Following on from one of the other comments, if you haven't got time to go to the gym and work out, remember that a brisk walk for 20 minutes will help a lot and you can do that from the car park to the office etc.

I'm no expert, but you might try upping your protein slightly and reducing your carbs by the same amount. I notice that you have missed your protein target once or twice. You need to get them in.
