I really liked the post but I have a question. If this is so bad, why does MFP say that I should only eat 1200 calories a day? I am 5'3 and weigh 139 but would like to lose 10 to 15 pounds and I set my goal as 1 pound a week and I run 3 days a week for 1 hour each. If this isn't right, then what gives?

I wear both during my workouts because I always push really hard and it helps me not go too far over my max heart rate.

I use 5 lbs, but I could use heavier for the chest presses, I just have to find where I put them.

I have not been keeping up with the schedule but I am on level 2 day 2 and so far so good.

Crazy schedule this week so I had to do level one twice on two different days! I am trying to keep on track so that I can stay somewhat on schedule but it just wasn't working out that way. So far so good:smile:

I did day 2 this morning before I did an hour on the treadmill and some time on the elliptical. So far so good.

I did the whole workout with no breaks and with my HRM (which does HR / not calories) and my Body Fit media, I did not get huge numbers on either. But I also workout often and have a normal BMI so I don't know if that is the reason. I am a little sore today from the squats but I added heavier weight because I was not sore…

I read on other sites that they say do 10 days on each level then switch which is how I plan to do it. I also run 3 or 4 days a week and do the elliptical on my lazy days. Shred is just an extra I am adding because I feel mushy and need to tone up. I am 47 so nothing is easy anymore! LOL

I wore my Body fit media and I only showed 128 calories for level 1 today but really I didn't expect huge numbers because it seems to work best for all cardio.
