  • I'm on day 25. I don't notice a huge difference in myself though my pants are more loose and my sister says my face is smaller. I've also been doing other workouts too though. Guess we will see when I do my measurements!

  • I did WW a few years ago, lost weight but have gained it all back. I like MFP because it counts fruit (there is no way a banana could be 0 points!) and to me the support is better.   • Im not on a diet plan but I tend to keep with my calories and my goal is eat under my calories. I also do cardio in the evenings in addition to 30DS so I usually have a significant amount that I could possibly eat but there is no way I could eat all of that.   • Boy was I not feeling Jillian today! I overslept so had to do 30DS after work. It was awful but I pushed through. Hats off to those of you who do this after being at work all day.   • Ive been trying to get in at least 45 minutes to an hour of cardio in the afternoons. Ive done the eliptical, spinning and a little bit of weights. Today I plan on going for a walk.
