Are you drinking because you are thirsty or because you are trying to satisfy a specific number or something else? I'm asking because excessive thirst can be a sign of diabetes. See your doctor.

My motivation is being able to wear the clothing that I like, but that don't flatter me right now...like shorts. I also want to get in great shape because I'm not a mother yet, but we're planning to start trying in the fall. I want to be able to have a healthy pregnancy and bounce back after the baby.

Whether or not this taste like Snicker's bar is a matter of personal opinion. I disagree, but I must say for a protein bar it is one of the more tasty one's I've tried. My concern with most bars is that while the protein is high...so is the sugar usually. This one above however is probably the best you're gonna get.

I love doing cardio and absolutely hate weights. I think though that the key is balance. Right now I tend to do more cardio than weights, but I'm planning to slowly start working weights back into my exercise. Really, you need both.
