I want to say look great!!..How tall are you and what do you do for exercise??..I started at 228 and am at 159 as well but I don't look near that good :( but I have wide hips and think thighs..I know this don't answer your question but you look amazing now where your at :)

I only basically walk and I have lost 64 pounds but its really starting to slow down so I am really going to have to pick up the pace and start something else to get these last 22 pounds off

Mine is to lose between 25 to 35 more pounds..Ive already lost 53 pounds in the last 8 months so hopefully by half way threw the year I will have the last of what I need off to be at a healthy weight and be in a normal BMI then time to work on toning :)

Really kinda depends on how big you are to how fast you lose it..The smaller you are the harder it gets to get the last of what you want off, but of course the bigger you are and the harder you work at the results you want it is possible to lose 60 pounds in 6 months..I have lost 45 pounds in 6 months and I have had a few…

I have a big event coming up in little less then a month and my goal was to lose 5 more pounds before then so I really need help..Then after the event I have about 40 or 45 pounds more to lose

You did an awesome job and look amazing!!..I hope to do what you did :) I have lost 30 but still have another 40 or 50 to lose and the scale keeps stopping ugh, but I WILL get there!!:)

I have alot to lose now but after my first c-section I was only 127 pounds and mine never went away either now after second c-section and have gained alot of weight and tryin to lose it mines aweful now but if I can just get small again that will be good enough for me :)
