So when I started out on MFP I was 220 pounds and in terrible shape, never exercised, ate like **** and drank every weekend. At the beginning of the year I started to track what I ate but didn't really do any exercise still. From February 2013 to the middle of June I lost around 10 pounds...not very good. In June, for some reason I brought the dumbbells, barbell and bench out of hiding and never looked back. Since that day, I've been addicted to lifting and I've changed my body. Today I stepped on the scale and:

BAM 172 holy ****. I'm not at goal weight yet (originally was 170, but seems like I have to go lower a bit, still got a belly)

I only have progress pics starting from around late August unfortunately, but the differences are unmistakable IMO. It's a lot easier to see progress from pictures i think.

For once, I am actually pleased with the way I look. Now to work on the confidence bit haha
