  • Purely for physical reasons, I love protruding bones. I don't have any myself, but hopefully soon right? :)
  • If you look at the back of the Sesame Seed Oil and Light Soy Sauce, the container should list the calories. Just use the nutritional info. Add them together. Lettuce has very few calories, something like 14 in two cups of it. Pretty much everything you eat will have some calorie info on the back.
  • I have been losing and gaining the same 2 lbs for 2 weeks. I am eating a consistent 1600 calories or so which is what was reccomended. I certainly haven't eaten an extra 7,000 calories.
